IBM Telum Spyre
A film created with The Mill for IBM, presented at the HotChips 2024 conference. The piece puts the IBM Telum II Processor and IBM Spyre Accelerator front and center, using macro-level 3D renders to showcase the intricate architecture behind these enterprise AI chips. My focus was on the modeling and look development of the chips themselves, getting the detail and materiality right at that scale is where the real craft lives on a project like this.
