The Mill was asked to create a film for the #HotChips2024 conference that featured the IBM Telum II Processor and IBM Spyre Accelerator. These chips are designed to unlock capabilities for enterprise-scale AI, including large language models and #GenAI.
The film focuses on macro-level renders, illustrating the intricate architecture that allows these processors to power massive datasets and complex AI computations in real time.
I helped the team with a variety of 3D animations but mostly with the modeling and look-dev of the chips themselves.
